Create non-binding purchase intent, track approval-gated quote and PO records, record manual payment references, follow production and shipment progress, and prepare warehouse handoff manifests. This workspace records FlowState evidence only; it does not place supplier orders, execute payments, call carriers, mutate inventory, or update commerce stores.
